Use of this website

Content on this website is provided for general information. Package inclusions, estimates produced by the cost calculator and assessment results are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer.

Demo projects shown in the portfolio are labelled as such and do not represent client work.

Proposals and payment

Every project starts with a written proposal that states scope, deliverables, timeline, price in Omani Rial and payment milestones. Work begins after the proposal is accepted and the initial payment is received.

Hosting, maintenance and automation retainers are billed in advance for the agreed period and renew unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.

Ownership

On full payment, the client owns the website design, code and content produced for the project, together with the domain name and the data collected through the website.

Third-party software, fonts, licences and services remain subject to their own terms.

Client responsibilities

The client provides accurate business information, content and approvals within the agreed timeline, and is responsible for the legality of content and products published on their website.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep hosted websites available and secure, but no service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Specific uptime commitments, where offered, are stated in the applicable hosting plan. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
