North Walk
A bilingual project website for North Walk, a live-work-shop development by Al Masa Real Estate in Al Hail, Seeb, built around a cinematic walk through the place.

The problem
A development under construction has no building to show a visitor. North Walk needed a website that lets someone feel the place before it exists: its promenade, its architecture, the rhythm of day and evening, and the mix of homes, offices and retail, in Arabic and English, with a direct line to the sales team.
What we built
A scroll-led experience that opens on the evening scene and moves through the story of the place: a project film, a visual tour that steps between four angles of the development, a day-and-evening comparison of the main facade, sections for the spaces and floor plans, a gallery, the location on the map, and a WhatsApp line and phone number kept within reach on every screen. Arabic leads, with a full English version, and motion can be paused by the visitor.
Delivered
- A dedicated presence for the North Walk development, separate from the developer's corporate site.
- A cinematic opening that presents the project before a visitor reads a single specification.
- An interactive tour that lets the visitor choose the angle instead of scrolling past static renders.
- A day-and-evening view of the same facade, so the place can be judged in both moods.
- Spaces, floor plans and location presented in one continuous path.
- A motion toggle, so a visitor who prefers a still page can stop the animation.
