A custom project and quotation platform concept for a mid-sized contractor, replacing spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups with one system.

The problem
Quotations were built in Excel from outdated price lists, site progress was reported in WhatsApp groups with photos nobody could find later, and the owner had no single view of which projects were on budget.
What we built
A web platform with a maintained price list, a quotation builder that produces branded bilingual PDFs, project pages with milestones, site reports submitted from a phone with photos attached to the right project, purchase and approval requests with a full log, and an owner dashboard showing progress and cost against budget.
Results
- Built to produce a quotation from current prices in minutes rather than a day.
- Site reports and photos are attached to projects and searchable later.
- Approvals are recorded with who, what and when, replacing scattered WhatsApp messages.
- The owner can see budget status per project without asking for a report.
